We are looking for a proactive administrative and organizational talent with preferably work experience in the music industry. In addition to the usual administrative and project-based activities, ad hoc activities are part of your position.
You have contact with artists, musicians, producers, composers, publishers, advertising agencies and rights organizations at home and abroad;
What will you be involved in?
– taking care of music title registrations with various copyright & neighboring rights organizations;
– submitting set lists/use information and keeping the appropriate information systems up to date;
– uploading sound files at various organizations
-checking royalty statements and submitting and pursuing after-claims/comments;
– correspond independently with our customers and rights organizations
– assisting our team with various projects
– individual projects are carried out, supervised and delivered from start to finish.
Our ideal candidate has the following characteristics:
– MBO/HBO work and thinking level and at least 1 year of work experience
– you are a jack-of-all-trades, proactive, work accurately and have analytical and numerical insight;
– you are social, customer-oriented, enthusiastic, stress resistant and very communicative;
– you don’t have a 9 to 5 mentality, you can switch quickly, you are commercial, eager to learn and you have a love for music;
– you are good at Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Powerpoint/Teams)
– you have a good command of the Dutch language and can also get by in English (other languages are an advantage);
– you have a sense of humor and are a team player;
– work experience within the industry, knowledge of law organizations or comparable experience is an advantage.
